With over 21 years of Computer Technology experience, Carlo has accreditations in A.S. / Network Administration, B.S. / Business Information Systems, M.S. / Computer Science, M.A. Jazz Theory & Performance, and A+ Certified. Carlo taught at the college level all aspects of computer hardware and software which includes using many software applications as well as hardware troubleshooting and upgrades. Carlo is versed in several software applications and operating system platforms including, Windows, Linux, and Macintosh systems. He is also an accomplished guitarist.

Carlo has extensive experience with Information Technology in several different industries including Healthcare, Accounting, Law, Non-Profit, and Service based industries as well as assisting residential clients with their technology needs.
